- Inspector Denis Percy (Retd.), from the APMP Committee and representing the United Nations Police Association of Australia (UNPAA)
- Lieutenant Colonel Darrin Glen, member of the APMP Committee
- Dr Gini Lee - Landscape Architect
- Mr Graham Scott-Bohanna, representing the NCA
- Ms Wendy Lewin, Architect
- Professor David Williams AM, representing the ACT arts community

Mr Duncan Marshall is an architect with heritage expertise. He will assist the Jury in its consideration of competition entries.
