Project Value and Prizes

Project Value

The proposed total project value of the completed Australian Peacekeeping Memorial, inclusive of all fees and contingencies (excepting the competition prizes listed in the Competition Conditions and Procedures), will be $3,000,000 (GST exclusive).

Prizes

The Competition Jury will have a total prize pool of up to $95,000 (in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST) to distribute between the winning entries for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Australian Peacekeeping Memorial Design Competition.

Prizes include:

• Up to four (4) short-listed entries from Stage 1 will each receive $15,000 towards the development of a Stage 2 entry plus up to $5,000 (redeemable upon receipt of a correctly rendered tax invoice) for the construction of a high quality 1:50 scale model of the respective competitors proposal (model costs in excess of $5,000 shall be borne by the Competitor).
• The design judged as the winner of Stage 2 will receive a first prize of $15,000. No other prizes will be awarded.
